It had a super setting really close to the seaside and nearest supermarket and tasty restaurants. Guests could use a fully furnished kitchen here, though I didn't cook. The host made me feel at home.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Syracuse. the hosts, Fausta and Elio, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with detailed information about the city and the property. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the huge bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful gift upon arrival, which added to the overall wonderful experience. the location couldn't have been more perfect, situated on a charming tourist street just minutes away from the main square. the on-site laundry facility was extremely convenient. Not to mention, the highlight of the apartment was the impressive library and collection of typewriters, a true delight for book lovers like my family and me. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, it was absolutely stunning. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. it was a memorable experience and we would love to visit again.

One was that some rooms/apartments had limited natural light, although the lighting inside was excellent. Another small issue was that in some cases, style seemed to take precedence over functionality.

We had the most amazing stay at this exceptional accommodation! From the moment we booked, the hosts, Fausta and Elio, were incredibly attentive and friendly. They provided us with detailed information about the area and even allowed us to drop off our bags early. The apartment, Remington suite, was beautifully decorated and had every detail carefully considered. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning, soaking in the sun and taking in the view of Mount Etna. The location was perfect, allowing us to mingle with the locals while still being close to all the attractions. We also loved the community laundry room, which was very convenient. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying at this paradise in Syracuse!

The only minor drawback was that we could have used more than one key for the apartment, as we were a larger group. Additionally, one of the ground floor apartments had a slight moldy smell, but it was still impeccably clean.

Exceptional apartment with modern interiors, typewriter/literary theme in each room. Top floor location with balcony and great views. Central location, walkable to everywhere. Delightful hosts with helpful advice and optional delicious local breakfast.

The location is in a lively area close to the center, the old town, and the lovely island. The host treated us very well, and the kitchenette was useful. We enjoyed admiring the courtyard views in the evenings.

Pros": We got incredible value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic - spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center, close to all the sights. The staff treated us like VIPs, offering great recommendations and always being available to help.
